The Best Dinner of the Season?
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes this was the best dinner of the summer. All the ingredients were island grown (island Martha's Vineyad...well besides the pine nuts). The island Farmer's Market sets itself up across the street from our house on Wednesdays and Saturdays -- the greens, corn, tomatoes, and potatoes were bought at the market that morning. We drove down to Menemsha and picked up the swordfish....so good. My sister Anna made the White Peach Sangria (and who can resist a beverage in served in a Mason Jar, clearly I can't as my profile picture proves).
