Raw Carrot Cake

You dear readers have good taste. The most popular recipes over the past five years here at Two Blue Lemons are (in a suspenseful countdown of course)...

and drum roll....1. Raw Carrot Cake!

Yum yum all around. Great picks guys and great food. In honor of the newly crowned carrot cake, I thought it was time to refresh these pretty little desserts my sister first posted way back in 2008. Same special recipe just fresh pictures and a new excuse to try them in your kitchen.




Not to mention they fit into almost every new and old diet trend out there - vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten free, raw. Luckily for those of you who don't follow a specific diet philosophy they are also simple and delicious.

More than anything I hope this Raw Carrot Cake proves raw food doesn’t have to be boring bunny rabbit food or complex feats that involve a million steps.

  5. Yum, that looks delicious! I saw this on "Healthy Aperture" and couldn't resist clicking... My best friend loves carrot cake, and she's trying to eat healthier. This would be perfect for her!
