It&amp;#39;s super easy and yummy! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just raw butternut squash peeled, chopped, and simmered in enough good quality veggie stock to cover it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I use Pacific Natural Foods organic vegetable broth because it only has a handful of ingredients and they are all ones that belong in real stock! The taste is fantastic too.
